A New Decade

Today, my wonderful husband had a birthday, and not just any old birthday, one of those big birthdays.

This sweet photo was taken of him before his very first birthday -- gee, do you think our boys look a little like their dad??

Steve did not want a big party, and we respected his wishes, but certainly couldn't let the day pass without celebration.  After all, he is our most favorite man in the world!

I made birthday apple pie, like last year, and in this photo you can see it, along with the beautiful beeswax candle that Joshua hand-made for his daddy, so that he could use it as a, ahem, mustache.  Adam made Steve an awesome comic book that is a "work in progress" and I'm sure he'll want me to share more on that later...
